I love to inspire people to take action and reach their fullest potential. Then I teach them how to RISE UP to the next level of their careers. I believe anyone can pivot in their careers to do what they genuinely enjoy, even without experience.

When multiple knee surgeries in high school crushed my dream of going to Juilliard's School of Dance, I had to come up with plan B. Since I didn’t know what I wanted to do yet, I entered the job market. Like most people, I didn’t have experience before I got my first job or when I interviewed for a managerial position at a 20-year-old advertising agency, without a college degree. And I didn’t have experience when I changed careers across different industries. What set me apart to get the job every time was first getting real with myself on where I was and where I wanted to go, and why. Then I created an unstoppable mindset fueled with courage and confidence. My next step was using proven systems to take massive action.

Most importantly, I learned how to sell my value to differentiate myself even when I didn’t have experience in what I applied for to create fulfilling careers for myself! By using these repeatable systems, it has allowed me to work in several industries, including the airline industry, the technology industry, the music industry, the home building industry, and even healthcare, from an Emergency Medical Technician up to a Director of Marketing, and now Founder of the Honest Marketing Group.

When my friends and family saw my accomplishments, they started to raise their hands and ask for help to get a promotion, change careers, improve their leadership skills, negotiate a higher salary, and enter the job market (or re-enter it).  That’s when I became inspired and decided to follow my heart to help people get out of their career challenges and rise to their next level for greater happiness and fulfillment, so I became a Career Coach and Mentor.

My experience is diverse and spans over a decade. That’s why I share my knowledge about how to unleash your confidence in the workplace and master the skills necessary to reach your fullest potential. My mentees count on me to hold them accountable as they make their climb. Together we focus on building unshakeable courage, confidence, and a mindset that serves us with actionable tools and strategies to reach an even better version of ourselves. The best thing about what I do is watching people reach a higher level in their careers and being a part of their journey and excitement!
